Guidelines for Abstract Submission & Presentation

We welcome original research from Postgraduate students and Residents. Please read the separate criteria for Oral (Paper) Presentations and Poster Presentations carefully before submission.


General Submission Rules (Applies to Both Paper & Poster)

  1. Abstract Word Limit: Maximum 300 words (Single-spaced, English, minimum font size 9pt).
  2. Structure: Must include Aims & Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
  3. Formatting: Title, Authors (Initials + Surname), Institution, and Text must be Left Aligned.
  4. Visuals: Photographs, tables, and graphs may be included in the abstract submission.
  5. Eligibility: Only Registered Delegates may submit abstracts.
  6. Postgraduate students and Residents MUST upload a certificate/bonafide letter signed by their Head of Department (HOD) during submission.

Important: Electronic Posters (E-Posters) will not be accepted. Please prepare physical displays accordingly.

 

Guidelines for Oral Paper Presentation (Podium)

CriteriaSpecification
📅 Date of Presentation10th May 2026 (Time slots will be shared post-acceptance)
Presentation FormatPowerPoint (.pptx) only. Aspect Ratio: Widescreen 16:9 recommended.
Slide LimitMaximum 6 to 8 Slides (Including Title and Conclusion slides).
Presentation Time3 Minutes (Strictly enforced by Session Chair).
Discussion Time2 Minutes (Q&A with judges/audience).
Content FocusSlides must cover: Introduction/Aims, Methodology, Key Results, and Conclusion. Keep text minimal; use high-impact visuals.

Note for PG Students: The session timer will start immediately. Please keep your presentation strictly within the 8-slide limit to allow adequate discussion time. Presenters must report to the AV desk on the morning of 10th May.

Guidelines for Poster Presentation

CriteriaSpecification
📅 Dates of Display9th & 10th May 2026 (Display will be open both days)
FormatPhysical Poster ONLY. Electronic files or screens will not be accepted.
Dimensions3 Feet (Height) × 2 Feet (Width).
OrientationPortrait (Vertical).
Content AdvicePosters should mirror the abstract structure (Aims, Methods, Results, Conclusion). Use large, readable fonts (Title > 80pt, Body > 24pt).
Display & Judging

Posters must be mounted by 9:00 AM on 9th May. Removal is after the closing ceremony on 10th May. Presenters must stand by their poster during the designated judging time slot on 9th May.

How to Submit

  • Send your submission via WhatsApp or Email to the contacts below.
  • You will receive a confirmation from our end once your abstract is accepted.
  • Deadline: All submissions must be completed before 30th April 2026.

📌 Submissions received after 30th April 2026 will not be considered.
